This piece was created for my 3D design final and now functions as a piece of furniture in my room. Inspired by the refined craftsmanship and geometric elegance of Josef Hoffmann’s chairs—particularly his use of clean lines, rounded forms, and a balance between function and ornament—the design reflects a modern interpretation of early 20th-century Viennese aesthetics. Incorporating raw wood and a circular shape, the piece blends rustic, organic materials with a minimalist, contemporary twist. It serves as both a practical object and a study in form.
