MerchMate is a conceptual app I designed for my Interaction Design course, created to reimagine the traditional merchandise table as a digital experience for bands and their fans. The app allows artists to showcase and sell their merchandise in a user-friendly, mobile-first platform. Throughout this project, I gained hands-on experience in UX research and design, conducting user interviews, building personas, and developing low- to high-fidelity prototypes. I also focused heavily on accessibility, implementing features that ensure an inclusive and seamless experience for all users.
Client: MerchMate (Conceptual)
Role: UX/UI Designer, UX Researcher
Goal: Design an accessible, mobile-first platform that helps artists sell merchandise and connect with fans — eliminating the hassle of traditional merch tables.
